These Terms govern your use of the e-mystocks mobile app and the hosted data at e-mystocks.web.app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not financial advice

e-mystocks is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial planner. All content in the app — prices, earnings data, momentum signals, playbooks, sector summaries, badges, pill colors, trend arrows, and any other commentary — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting on any information in the app.

2. No warranty on data accuracy

Market data is sourced from third parties (SEC EDGAR, Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep) and aggregated on best-effort basis. It may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Prices shown in the app are not guaranteed to match real-time quotes on your brokerage. The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of e-mystocks are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to trading losses, lost opportunities, or reliance on any information displayed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Automate the app or its hosted data endpoints in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on infrastructure.
• Redistribute hosted data files as your own product without attribution to the underlying sources.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding access to the Google or Apple account you use to sign in. You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent.

6. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

7. Intellectual property

The e-mystocks name, logo, and app design are owned by the developers. Market data sourced from third parties remains the property of its respective owner.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
